Welcome to GoDay.AI (“Service”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By subscribing to or using our Service, you agree to the following terms:

1. Subscription & Payments

• The Founder Subscription – Prelaunch is billed at $9.99 USD per month until canceled.
• After launch, standard subscriptions will be $19.99/month, but Founders remain at their locked-in rate for as long as their subscription is active.
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe; we do not store card details.

2. Cancellation & Refunds

• You may cancel anytime via the billing portal or by contacting us at support@godayai.com.
• Cancellations stop future charges. No partial refunds for current billing cycles.

3. Prelaunch Disclaimer

GoDay.AI is under development. Features and services may change. Prelaunch subscriptions support development and do not guarantee final product features.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service (e.g., hacking, reverse-engineering, or disrupting functionality).

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from your use.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
